Criteria for Rating NSW Tournaments

ASPA (NSW) rules to apply unless specified in all advertising at least two weeks prior to the event
Event must be open to all players whose rating qualify them to play; advertising must be sent to all clubs or circulated at a relevant tournament at least two weeks prior to the event.
Non-standard tournaments must be approved by ASPA (NSW) committee. Requests in writing must be received by the committee at least one month prior to the event.
The tournament should consist of a minimum seven games
Each game should allow a minimum of fifteen minutes playing time per player.
