2022 AUSTRALIAN SCRABBLE CHAMPIONSHIP

When: 16 April to 18 April 2022

Where: Southport RSL Club 36 Scarborough Street, Southport, Queensland.

Two Divisions

Championship Players rated 1300 or above or reaching 1300 in the six months period prior to the championship have the option to play in this section.
Plate: Players rated under 1300.

Entry fee: $160 Includes lunch each day

Please note, the entry fee includes lunch each day at the venue, a condition of the venue hire. Licensing laws state that only food or drink purchased on the premises may be consumed there.

Format: Australian rules, free challenge, 25 min games, CSW19 reference, WESPA rated.
24 games, reset after game 12. 8 games Saturday, 9 Sunday and 7 on Monday.

All players must register by 8.30am at the venue on 16 April and be ready to start play by 9am. If you are running late you must ring the emergency number below.

All players will be required to abide by the Queensland Health regulations current at the time of the tournament.

Entries can be submitted immediately but we request that bank transfer payments are not made until March 1^st to allow for any unforeseen cancellations. Payment required by 2nd April latest.
